تبیین و ارزیابی مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر کیفیت فضای دانشکده‌های معماری از دیدگاه دانشجویان مطالعه‌ای در دانشکده‌های معماری دانشگاه‌های تبریز، هنر اسلامی و آزاد تبریز |

متأسفانه با گسترش کمّی دانشکده‌های معماری، بعد کیفی فضاهای آموزشی این حوزه دچار بی‌توجهی شده است. بخش قابل‌توجهی از وضعیت نامطلوب معماری معاصر ایران به فضای آموزش معماری مربوط می‌شود. بنابراین سؤالات اساسی این است که فضاهای آموزش معماریِ مقبول و مطلوب از نظر دانشجویان چه ساختار و ویژگی‌هایی دارد؟ آیا فضاهای آموزش معماری کنونی واجد این مقبولیت‌ها و مطلوبیت‌ها هستند؟ بنابراین هدف تحقیق، شناسایی متغیرهای مؤثر بر کیفیت فضای دانشکده‌های معماری است تا به این طریق بتوان صورت‌بندی از منظر مخاطبان این فضاها که دانشجویان معماری هستند؛ ارائه داد. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ ماهیت، توصیفی- تجربی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی به‌شمار می‌رود؛ که برای گردآوری اطلاعات لازم از تکنیک پیمایش در نمونه‌های موردی استفاده شده است. در مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بین متغیرهای پنهان تحقیق، عوامل کالبدی، عملکردی و ادراکی- معنایی به‌عنوان مؤلفه‌های کیفی فضای آموزشی؛ و متغیرهای رضایت و مقبول دانستن دانشکده معماری براساس معیارها و استانداردها به‌عنوان عوامل مؤثر در ترجیحات و ارزیابی دانشجویان که بخش ساختاری مدل را تبیین می‌کنند، موردبررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان داد که از نظر دانشجویان، نکات ضعف دانشکده‌ها در زمینه معیار عملکردی مربوط به متغیر تناسب بین فرم و عملکرد دانشکده، در زمینه معیار کالبدی شامل متغیر واجد ارزش‌های معمارانه و درمورد معیار ادراکی- معنایی، متغیر طراحی داخلی دانشکده مطرح گردیده است. از طرفی، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره در مدل‌ها نشان می‌دهد که از میان تأثیرات سه متغیر عملکردی، کالبدی و ادراکی- معنایی بر ارزیابی کلی دانشجویان، متغیر عملکردی بیشترین اثرگذاری را دارد. بنابراین، لزوم توجه به ویژگی تناسب فرمی و عملکردی در طراحی دانشکده‌های معماری از اولویت برخوردار است. |

Explanation and Assessment of the Components Affecting the Quality of the Architecture Schools from Students’ Perspective (A study in the Faculty of Architecture at the Universities Of Tabriz, Tabriz Islamic Art, and Islamic Azad University) |

Development of the architecture profession in recent years has led to the quantitative development of architecture schools. While much attention has been given to quantitative aspects of such educational spaces, their quality has been neglected. This paper concentrates on two key questions: (1) what are the desirable and acceptable characteristics of educational spaces from the architecture students’ point of view? And (2) does the architecture of existing educational spaces have satisfactory acceptability and desirability? This study aims to identify factors affecting the quality of the architecture schools from their students’ perspective. This study is an empirical, descriptive, and applied research in which we conducted a survey to collect data on the case studies. In structural equation modeling between the latent variables of the study, two types of factors have been studied: the physical, functional, and perceptual-semantic factors are considered as the qualitative components of the educational spaces and on the other hand, standard satisfaction and acceptability factors of the architecture schools which influencing the preferences of the students, explain the structure of the models. The results of our findings indicate that the weakness of the architecture schools in terms of functional component is related to the proportions between form and function of the school, as for the physical component it is related to architectural values, and in case of perceptual-semantic factors the interior design of the school is identified. Moreover, the result of multivariate regression analysis reveals that among the effects of the physical, functional, and perceptual-semantic factors, the functional factor is most effective. Therefore, paying attention to the characteristics of the proportion between form and function in the design of architecture schools is a priority. |
