عنوان فارسی پیشنهاد و ضرورت به‌کارگیری زیست شبانه در بافت‌های تاریخی (نمونه موردی ارگ تهران)
چکیده فارسی مقاله چگونگی احیا و توسعه بافت­های تاریخی شهرهای ایران امروزه به یک موضوع مهم و چالش­برانگیز تبدیل شده­است. یکی از پیشنهادات و راهکارها ایجاد زیست شبانه در بافت­های تاریخی است. در حقیقت استفاده از بافت­های تاریخی در ساعات مختلف امروزه مورد توجه پژوهشگران و مرمتگران قرارگرفته است. تجربه نشان داده­است در بافت­های تاریخی کشورهای مختلف که زیست شبانه جریان دارد، به­دلیل حضور مردم در اوقات پس از کار و در ساعات شب در بافت تایخی اقتصاد رونق بیشتری داشته­است. همچنین در این محلات با توجه به نورپردازی­های مناسب و حضور انبوه مردم، جرم و جنایت و بزه کمتر است. در حقیقت نورپردازی مناسب در بافت­های تاریخی کیفیت زندگی را افزایش می­بخشد و ایمنی و جذابیت را در بافت ایجاد می­کند. بافت­های تاریخی تهران پتانسیل بسیار خوبی برای ایجاد زیست شبانه دارند. یکی از این بافت­های تاریخی که برای احیا با رویکرد زیست شبانه بررسی و پیشنهاد شده است بافت تاریخی ارگ تهران در منطقه 12 تهران است. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی – تحلیلی استفاده شده­است. مدارک اولیه از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه­ای و مشاهدات عینی جمع­آوری شده­است. با استفاده از یک جدول امتیازدهی کیفیت و کمیت عوامل مختلف پژوهشگرساز ارزیابی و تحلیل شده­است و براساس این تحلیل­ها پیشنهاداتی مطرح شده­است. با توجه به مشاهدات و تحلیل­ها با تغییر کاربری و نورپردازی مناسب و مبلمان مناسب بافت تاریخی ارگ تهران احیا و تبدیل به بافتی با زیست شبانه شده­است. با ایجاد کاربری­های 24 ساعته مثل رستوران، کافه­ها و برگزاری جشن­ها و نمایش­های شبانه یا مبلمان مناسب بافت تاریخی ارگ احیا شده است. نورپردازی تاثیر مثبتی بر توسعه گردشگری شبانه ارگ تهران داشته­است و پروژه­های نورپردازی علاوه­بر فعالیت زینتی یک روش موثر برای زیست شبانه و گذراندن اوقات فراغت در بافت ارگ تهران بود.

عنوان انگلیسی Suggestion and necessity of using nightlife in historical contexts (Case example of Tehran Citadel)
چکیده انگلیسی مقاله How to revive and develop the historical contexts of Iranian cities today has become an important and challenging issue. One of the suggestions and solutions is to create nightlife in historical contexts. In fact, the use of historical textures at different times has attracted the attention of researchers and restorers. Experience has shown that in the historical contexts of different countries where night life is going on, due to the presence of people after work and during the night hours, the economy has been more prosperous. Also, due to the proper lighting and the large number of people in these neighborhoods, crime and misdemeanors are less. In fact, proper lighting in historical contexts increases the quality of life and creates safety and attractiveness in the context. The historical textures of Tehran have a great potential to create night life. One of these historical contexts that has been investigated and proposed for revitalization with a nocturnal approach is the historical context of Tehran Citadel in the 12th district of Tehran. A descriptive-analytical method was used in this research. Primary documents were collected through library studies and objective observations. Using a quality and quantity rating table, various factors of the researcher have been evaluated and analyzed, and suggestions have been made based on these analyses. According to the observations and analysis, the historical context of Tehran Citadel has been revived and turned into a context with night life by changing the use and proper lighting and suitable furniture. By creating 24-hour uses such as restaurants, cafes and holding parties and night shows or appropriate furniture, the historical context of the citadel has been revived. Lighting has had a positive effect on the development of night tourism in Tehran Citadel, and lighting projects, in addition to being an ornamental activity, were an effective method for night life and spending leisure time in the context of Tehran Citadel.
