بازشناسی نقش مولفه های نئولیبرالیسم و آینده پژوهی در رویکرد حفاظت نوین به میراث معماری و مناظر شهرهای تاریخی |

مؤلفه های تأثیرگذار در دنیای حفاظت از میراث باید بر مبنای رویکردهای نوین مورد بازنگری مفهومی قرار گیرند؛ چرا که شواهد نشان می دهد کشورهای در حال توسعه به شدت در حال مخدوش نمودن منظر تاریخی شهرها هستند؛ البته برخی از شهرهای توسعه یافته نیز از این موضوع مستثنی نیستند. نئولیبرالیسم در نیم قرن گذشته با برافراشتن سازه هایی در حریم منظر فرهنگی هسته های تاریخی به تلاش ویرانگر خود در تخریب مناظر شهری تاریخی کوشیده است؛ لذا ضرورت دارد تا معمار – حفاظت گران با رویکرد آینده نگارانه عوامل تغییر در جوامع را بررسی کنند و در طرح های حفاظتی خود به عنوان یک متغیر مهم تاثیر گذار مَدّ نظر قرار دهند. این مقاله رویکردی مروری- مفهومی دارد و از تحلیلی کیفی بهره مند است. هدف اصلی که این مقاله به آن پرداخته، بررسی نقش نئولیبرالیسم بر وضعیت مناظر شهری تاریخی و چگونگی نقش استراتژی آینده پژوهی در مدیریت حفاظت بوده است. بر مبنای هدف، مقاله در صدد رسیدن به پاسخ این پرسش ها است: تاثیرات نئولیبرالیسم بر میراث معماری و مناظر شهری تاریخی چگونه بوده است؟ و تاثیرات ناشی از این هم نشینی در آینده با چه سازوکاری باید مدیریت گردد؟ در راستای پاسخ به پرسش های مطرح شده، مولفۀ نئولیبرالیسم به عنوان عامل تاثیر گذار بر دامنۀ چیستی حفاظت از مناظر شهرهای تاریخی، بازشناسی شده و درک جامع تری از "حفاظتِ میراث" را ایجاد نموده است. مولفۀ مذکور به طور قطع از ضروریات درک عمیق موضوع حفاظت نوین است. در زمانی که نئولیبرالیسم نگاه حفاظتی را بیش از پیش اقتصادی نموده است راه نجات از نفوذ بیشتر آن، داشتن یک استراتژی آینده پژوهانه است. |

Recognizing the Role of Neoliberalism Components and Futurology in the New Conservation Approach to Architectural Heritage and Landscapes of Historical Cities |

Practical components in the world of heritage conservation should be reconsidered based on new approaches conceptually; as evidence shows that developing countries are heavily disturbing the historical landscapes of cities; however, advanced cities are not exempt from this issue. Neoliberalism in the past half-century has attempted to destroy historical urban landscapes by erecting structures within the cultural landscape zones, thus it is necessary for architectural conservationists to examine the factors of change in societies with a futuristic approach and consider them as an important influencing variable in their conservation plans. The article has a review-conceptual approach and benefits from qualitative analysis. This article is not seeking to develop case studies, but rather aims to develop and update the concepts of some influential components such as the role of the destructive aspect of neoliberalism on the process of preserving architectural and urban heritage, and the hopeful impact of interdisciplinary future studies in controlling the penetration of neoliberalism in the near and distant future. The main objective addressed in this article is the essence of modern conservation of architectural heritage and urban landscapes simultaneously with the penetration of neoliberalism in conservation and the role of future-oriented strategies in conservation management. Based on this objective, the article seeks to answer these questions: What have been the effects of coexistence of modern conservation with the penetration of neoliberalism in the conservation of architectural heritage and historical urban landscapes? And how should the impacts of this coexistence be managed in the future? In order to answer the question posed, components with negative impacts such as neoliberalism and components with positive impacts such as future studies and modern conservation as influential factors in the essence of conservation of historical urban landscapes have been identified and redefined, creating a more comprehensive understanding of "heritage conservation." These components are essential for a deep understanding of the subject of conservation. At a time when neoliberalism has become more economically focused than ever on conservation, the way to escape further penetration is to have a future-oriented strategy.
